My daughter loves it here!!!!!! She's pretty hard to please and keep focused but with the encouragement of the staff she really follows their direction and gets excited about their encouragement. I also love the classes for adults. An all around great experience. I highly recommend best of the best.

I don't know what I would've done if I hadn't joined this place. The instructors and other staff are so friendly, admirable, and so very helpful. They are very patient when it comes to new people that are starting out and even to those who have been there a long time. I look forward to class every morning because they energize me for my day. If anyone is looking for a place to kick some butt, prepare to have your own kicked by the end of class at this place! I would recommend this place 10/10 times for a place to be

I hope the owners Jon, Rachel and all the staff here never get tired of me saying Thank you. There’s just no words that express how grateful I am that a school this well run is actual 5 minutes from my house! They definitely have something special going on at their school. It’s a place that breeds confidence, positivity, love and passion for what they do. They are very passionate, excited, energetic and pride driven people...good people...if you know what I mean. Lol. They not only push you to your limits with their awesome and amazing classes. They see the potential in you even before you start your first class. If they care that much, then that’s the team I want be on.
I LOVE this school...clean facility, organized, well run classes, Awesome students, family oriented. Both my kids attend classes here! Adult classes & the kids program is just what the Dr ordered. Self-Defense from Potential Attacks

Have you ever felt threatened, or maybe had the fear that you were going to be attacked? It’s common in today’s violent world and a fear we want you to overcome. There is no better feeling than possessing a skill that can save you, or a loved one.

Do I need to be in shape before I start Kickboxing?

Short answer; absolutely not! We have members of all health and fitness levels, and our classes are designed to fit around each one of these levels.

The only thing we ask is that you bring your best attitude when you come to one of our classes. If you have the mental framework determined to become physically healthy, that is all we want to see. Our trainers will help you get into the best shape of your life!

Can I lose weight with the Fitness Kickboxing program?

Of course. Although, we must say you get what you put in. If you follow a consistent workout pattern, you are bound to see the results you want. On average, kickboxers burn an average of 820 calories per hour.

Do I need any kickboxing experience?

No, we love teaching new members. There is no better way to gain respect from our community than someone who has the will to join our class without any experience. If you can take that first step, you have already proven to our group that you are a strong-minded individual. We will teach you everything you need to know.

Does the physical training include weights or machines?

Most of the training comes from the natural, isotonic, aerobic, anaerobic, and isometric exercises, although, some weight training may be recommended or used. These exercises help our members with losing weight and toning the whole body; our focus is for you to develop speed, flexibility, and force.

What should I wear or bring?

Sweats and a T-shirt, or yoga attire, work best. You’ll also want to bring a towel and a bottle of water. And of course bring the mental attitude that you’re going to kill this workout!

How often should I attend classes?

We understand how busy your life can be; we would love to see you at least once a week. We believe once a week will be a good start for you to build your overall endurance and capability to implement the basic kickboxing moves.

Once you have built the basic foundation of the Kickboxing moves, we encourage you to then increase the amount of frequency and intensity of your workouts. We want you to go at your own pace, but make sure to challenge yourself to see the best results.
